Regarding payment

Please pay your medical expenses at the time of discharge by taking your patient's registration card to the 1F payment counter on the day of discharge (if a holiday, the advanced emergency and critical care center) .
* If you are unable to make the payment by the day you are charged discharge procedures will still be necessary, so please be sure to go to the 1F payment counter (if a holiday, the advanced emergency and critical care center).

Medical expenses during hospitalization will be calculated at the end of the month and a "notification bill and receipt" will be delivered to you on the 11th day of the following month (or the following weekday if it falls on a holiday). Please take your "notification bill and receipt" to the medical expenses payment machine and make your payment.

Credit card payments are accepted at the medical expenses payment machine, the payment counter, and the advanced emergency and critical care center (JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover *)

    * There are some insurers which do not have this system. Please confirm with your insurer directly and complete the procedures.
  • High-cost medical care loan system established by health insurance

At this hospital we adopt calculations of hospitalization expenses via a comprehensive payment (DPC/PDPS) formula as a "DPC-covered hospital" as designated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. This calculation method is a formula which combines the Diagnosis Procedure Combination portion (medicine administered, injections, procedures, hospitalization fees, etc.) and the Per-Diem Payment System portion (surgeries, anesthesia, rehabilitation, guidance fees, etc.) based on categories (diagnostic group classifications) stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare based on the hospitalized patient's type of illness, whether there was surgery (procedures), and whether or not there were concurrent illnesses from a per-diem amount.
